Current Activities

NIPS revised the population projection of Pakistan on the basis of new studies and findings since 2005. Presently, finalizing the population projection for provinces and ICT.
Studies in progress:
- Islam and family planning-perceptions and practice.
- Evaluation of Regional Training Institutes.
- Evaluation of Contraceptive Surgery Cases & Family Planning Services of Reproductive Health Services (RHS-B) Centers in Pakistan.
- PAIMAN Endline Survey, 2010.
- Populaiton Growth and Its Implication, 2010.
Translation of Key Findings of PDHS-2006-07 in Urdu, Sindhi, Punjabi, Pushto and Balochi are available now.
